Terms of Use
Effective date: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Albori iPhone application ("Albori", "the app", "we"). By downloading or using Albori, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all App Store apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Albori on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Albori is a paid app offered by auto-renewing subscription: a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial, or an annual plan. Current prices, the renewal date, and the total amount are always shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or, for the weekly plan, at the end of the 3-day free trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The important disclaimer: alarms and missed obligations
Albori is a wake-up tool, not a guarantee. Alarm delivery depends on your device's settings, state, and Apple's operating system, factors outside our control (for example: a powered-off phone, revoked permissions, muted volume, or OS behavior). The app's Reliability screen helps you check these, but you remain responsible for waking up. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed flights, meetings, shifts, exams, or any other consequence of an alarm that did not wake you.
Not medical advice
Albori is a utility and lifestyle app. It does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any sleep disorder, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a sleep disorder or a condition affected by physical exercise, consult a professional before using exercise missions.
Health and safety
Exercise missions (Squats, Push-ups) involve physical activity. Use common sense: ensure adequate space and lighting, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. You take part at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Albori, its design, artwork, and content are owned by the app's publisher and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using Albori at any time; deleting the app removes locally stored data.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
