My alarm didn't ring (or was silent)
Open Albori and check the Reliability screen it verifies the eight settings that decide whether tomorrow's alarm can do its job: alarm access, notifications, alarm volume, notification sound, haptics, background refresh, camera access, and audio output. Anything marked as needing attention includes the exact fix. The three most common causes:
- Notifications or alarm access revoked re-enable them in Settings → Albori.
- Volume too low alarm volume is separate from ringer volume on iOS.
- Headphones or a Bluetooth speaker still connected the sound follows the route, so the room stays quiet. Albori's Reliability screen says so in words before bed.
A camera mission won't verify
Make sure the room has some light and the camera can see you (for exercise reps) or the named object (for Object Photo). If verification fails twice, Albori recommends your backup task, usually Math Sprint, with full credit. You are never trapped by a camera.
Managing your subscription or free trial
- Plans: weekly with a 3-day free trial, or annual. Prices and renewal dates are shown in plain text in the app.
- To cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Albori. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (or before the trial ends) to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Albori needs to work
- An iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
- Notification permission (asked during onboarding) so alarms can ring.
- Camera permission only if you use camera missions, asked the first time you try one, never before.
Privacy questions
